Ryan’s practice focuses on representing clients in a wide variety of business litigation matters in both state and federal court. He has represented clients, both on the plaintiff and defense side, in business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, shareholder derivative actions, and other business-related and employment-related issues. He has also assisted in representing state and local governments/agencies in civil actions involving similar disputes.
Ryan graduated magna cum laude with honors from Mercer University School of law, where he was a published member of Mercer’s Law Review and a member of Mercer’s Negotiations Competition Team. As part of Mercer’s Negotiations Competition Team, he competed in and helped win the 2022 ABA National Negotiations Competition, beating out hundreds of other competing law schools. While in law school, he interned with Judge Elizabeth Gobeil at the Court of Appeals of Georgia. Prior to law school. He graduated from the University of Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Terry College of Business.
